The food is good but the environment and the staff could definitely be improved.

It's clean enough. But for my money I'd rather drive to Syracuse or Ithaca, the food is better and WAY hotter.

Witnessed staff take tongs from seafood tray and put in the general tsos chicken tray. My son got wings and one of them was covered (atleast 25%) in feathers. I brought this up to the manager and she took it from me and told me it was normal and the chef forgot to pluck that one. We lost are appetite and left after that. But not before getting a picture of the wing and calling the health department. Hope they get shut down

Terrible food there was hair in the food and it was cold. The tables were dirty as well as the floor. Will never go back again they are not worth the one start.

Quality has gone downhill. Sometimes the food is dry since it's been left out so long, sometimes food is not being restocked at the buffet. Once I got sick from crab at the buffet and I will never go back. Prices are okay and the building seems to be cleaned well. Bathrooms are well maintained.

I was pleasantly surprised! For $7.25 lunch buffet it was really quite tasty and had a lot of selection!

It's a meal. Most people dont go to a buffet for quality. Selection of choices is decent. Food isnt bad. Nothing exciting either. Price is slightly above quality for dinner foods. But again, people going to stuff themselves can get their monies worth.

We went for dinner on a Saturday evening at 6:30 pm. Walking in the appearance didn't look that great. It actually looked like a dump. We were ready to leave, but we were hungry, lol. Glad we stayed, all you can eat crab legs, shrimp cocktail, clams, as well as other traditional Chinese dishes. Desert and Ice Cream. Very affordable. Food tasted good. Chicken Teriyaki was delicious so was the peppered Shrimp.

Service was good. Food was ok.

Good place to eat. Plenty of room. Great selection of food to choose from.

Good food, decent service, fair prices. Ambiance leaves room for improvement.... not sure what this place was before, but too much of it remains.

I love the atmosphere and variety of food.

The food is good but not always fresh. The Mongolian BBQ is really good and the sushi isn't bad either. Lots of options for kids. Doesn't seem to be the cleanest place in town but nothing of concern.

Food is ok but the servers are not very attentive. Came here and the guy did not come by once when I had my hand raised for a refill. I'd give it better rating if service was better.

My biggest complaint is that sometimes when I go there, the foods are mislabeled. I've seen foods that are obviously shrimp be labeled as chicken. I've seen peanut butter chicken labeled as honey chicken. As someone with a shellfish allergy, I find this dangerous. If you have a peanut allergy, just stay clear.

This buffet was awesome ... Very simple with a good selection. We ate here 3 nights while we were on vacation local to this restaurant. The buffet cost us 9.99 per person which was pretty inexpensive compared to other places. Would recommend

Love this restaurant. The food is delicious especially the coconut shrimp and coconut chicken. Prices are good, and it's "all you can eat".

Like some others have said, it's a meal, but nothing special, and very empty. The lunch price is ok, but based off of the lack of quality service and mediocre food, I wouldn't visit here for dinner with higher prices. Most food was cold except for the usual Chinese food that everyone typically eats. The ice cream cones were stale, and I had to ask for water when they gave me our bill. The workers are not very attentive, and the front desk lady was literally sleeping the whole time, which I have provided a picture of. I have had worse, so I will give this place 3 stars.

It is what it is...Asian buffet, decent food, a decent price.

Good selection of foods today, but the temperatures could be hotter for my liking. Everything looked fresh and plentiful. My friend who had never been here before remarked how she enjoyed her meal. We both thought the tea was a little on the cool side. I would definitely recommend people to try this restaurant!

Not very impressed but it's the only Chinese Buffet in Cortland. They don't have a big variety, and I always seem to have to ask for more food to be put out.

Do NOT try the crab legs! Up until that fateful attempt at a dish I would say the food was mediocre, but the crab almost immediately turned my stomach.

The food is usually good, as it was today. It's such a shame that they have not done any updates. The booth seats are horrendous. They are worn thru and actually scratch your legs. Card board boxes stacked up high in front of windows. Christmas wreaths still hanging from last year or maybe they are early for this Christmas! Come on...you make enough money.... spend some money to update and make it more comfortable for your customers. Prickly seats are a turnoff.

The food was fine for a buffet. We've not been in several years and it feels like it's not as good as it once was. The staff seemed particularly agitated when we were there, especially the main lady who kept telling at staff about different things.

Pretty rude staff. Didn't take any of my empty plates, despite them stacking and covering the whole table. Didn't get a single refill. Food was cold. Waitress asked me for a tip. Horrible experience

In the era of Covid-18, not bad. Clean. Well organized. Great service. A favorite of the locals. Hot food hot, cold food cold. Lots of imaginative dishes, not too starchy. Goid value.
